my first loaf, a la tartine
After a full day of watching temperatures, mixing, folding, fermenting, rising, steaming and crisping my first loaf of starter-leavened bread is baked! Despite not having the cast iron double cooker that the Tartine Bread recipe book suggests, I think it turned out amazingly well!!
